- A panel on women in medicine including some of the top female healthcare professionals from the Northeast.
- Development of a mentorship program. Upperclassmen women have been paired with freshman and sophomore women with similar interests to speak about leadership, adapting to Yale, and life more generally.
- Social events, including study breaks, happy hours, and mentorship dinners.
- A workshop on women in business that brought to Yale three female professionals – including a Vice President from Boston Consulting Group, an Associate at Goldman Sachs, and the director of Women in Management at Yale's School of Management – to speak about their paths to employment and experiences in business. The workshop and dinner were sponsored by Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs.
- A panel on women in journalism that brought together accomplished writers and editors from Slate, Reader’s Digest, The Hartford Courant, and Yale Alumni Magazine.
- A meeting with the female World Fellows, international leaders at Yale for a semester of leadership development training. The discussion was well attended and boasted diverse perspectives on women’s status throughout the world.
- A student panel on women’s leadership at Yale that featured half a dozen women from various fields at Yale who reflected on their leadership experiences.
- A discussion with a Kenyan AIDS activist on women’s activism in Kenya.
- Spoke to several hundred alumnae at a Women's Faculty Forum event at the Yale Club in New York City.
