Week 5: Tuesday, Oct. 7
DUE: Proposal Submission
Week 10: Friday, Nov. 14, before 4:30 pm
DUE: Work-In-Progress Report
Tuesday, Dec. 9, before 4:30 pm
DUE: Final Materials Submission

III. Specific Requirements for the Final Project, Individual or Collaborative

IV. Submit your Final Project, Individual or Collaborative, Proposal on Tuesday, Oct. 7

E-mail an rtf document of your Final Project Proposal to Prof. K (michael.klingbeil@yale.edu) by the specified deadline.

V. Submit your Final Project, Individual or Collaborative, Work-In-Progress Report on Tuesday, Nov. 18, before 4:30 pm

Your work-in-progress submission of materials must include:
  1. An essay describing current progress on your Final Project included as an rtf document on your data CD-R or DVD-R.
  2. A data CD-R or DVD-R with ALL of your various project materials to date archived on it.
  3. Either an aiff file of your current audio soundtrack, or, a compressed QuickTime .mov file of your current music video that is resized to 320x240 pixels, included on your data archive CD-R or DVD-R.

VI. Submission of your finished Final Project, Individual or Collaborative, Materials on Tuesday, Dec. 9, before 4:30 pm

Your final submission of materials must include:
  1. A final essay describing your finished final project results included as an rtf document on your data CD-R or DVD-R.
  2. A data CD-R or DVD-R with ALL of your various project materials archived on it, and, that's fully functional!
  3. Either an AAC compressed QuickTime .mov file of your audio soundtrack, or, an H.264 compressed QuickTime .mov file of your music video that is resized to 320x240 pixels, included on your data archive CD-R or DVD-R. Click here for audio instructions, or here for video instructions.
  4. The final, produced audio CD or DVD of your Final Project.
  5. Carefully label your CDs and DVDs (soft permanent marker only) and place them standard plastic jewel cases or sleeves.
    Opaque containers should be labeled. Unlabeled and/or bare unprotected CDs or DVDs are unacceptable.
  6. Submit your materials in the box outside room B9 (Prof. K’s office).
    Projects submitted after the Tuesday 4:30 pm deadline will be considered late and will not receive full credit.
