Your Final Project Proposal Submission is worth 5% of your final grade for Music 325a.
Your document must be written in clear complete sentences with proper attention to grammar and mechanics. Your document must include the following:
Describe your general aesthetic interests and conceptual approaches for your final project. What musical and/or visual source materials will you use? Will your project employ a single, specific genre type or a hybrid of different genres? Are there particular works the have been influential in shaping your aesthetic preferences?
What software programs will you employ? Which controllers and/or input devices will you use? What types of data will you employ? What overall technical goals do you have for your project? Hint: browse through the assigned readings for Music 325a.
Describe the specific implications of combining your aesthetic interests, conceptual approaches, and technical goals.
