Welcome to the website of the Yale Tae Kwon Do Club! We are a group of students of Tae Kwon Do, the Korean national sport and the most popular martial art in the world today. It is both a sport and an art, a pastime and a way of life. Our club was founded many years ago, originally under the instruction of Grandmaster Ho Soo Hwang, and is now instructed by his son, Master Robert Hwang. We regularly compete in the Intercollegiate Tae Kwon Do League, focusing primarily on sparring and forms, but offer instruction for all manner of students, including those who do not wish to compete (although if you do want to, it is encouraged!).

This website contains information pertaning to both the club and the art of Tae Kwon Do in general. Please feel free to peruse our site and send any comments and/or suggestions to either the webmaster of any of the other officers!

6.16.08 - Year Wrap-up & Summer Information
Yale Tae Kwon Do saw a spectacular return to action in the INCTL this past year, taking 5th place overall in their division! Congratulations to all our competitors!

Ticket Jones is a proud sponsor of Yale Tae Kwon Do Club. We handle a variety of sporting event tickets including the Final Four, NHL Hockey , and the Superbowl. Our packages such as theatre performances and hot concerts can be ordered world-wide. Domestic events center around football games, (college football and NFL), Grand Slam Open Tennis, and college bowl games.

Internationally we focus on soccer and the Opera. Local favorite teams include the New York Yankees, Celtics, New York Mets, and the New York Giants.

Tour packages are available for Major Golf Tournaments, MLB Baseball, exciting PBR and NFR rodeo events, Grand Prix racing and all NBA games.

Besides Tae Kwon Do, there are other sports that can be fun as well. From baseball to football or UFC, sports and competition is actually more than just fun, it's a way of life. Music is similar. From classic artists like Neil Diamond, Paul McCartney, Tina Turner or Madonna to country artists like Kenny Chesney or Brad Paisley, enjoying music, especially live concerts, is a joy. And you can get concert tickets online now. And you can also find Broadway tickets on the Internet as well. And what better place to enjoy sports, music and theater than Yale?
